Course Overview

Contract law is not only an imperative for professionals, managers and executives to discharge their duties in business, but also serves as protection on a daily basis for individuals entering legal agreements each day such as the purchases of goods or services, performance of jobs and many other aspects of life. Contract law makes these agreements enforceable, enabling the non-breaching party to obtain compensation and the breaching party to be liable for legal action. This workshop introduces contract law’s key legal rules and applies them to resolve practical problems arising in both business and daily life contexts.
