打工仔有時候會在撰寫電郵前，致電對方簡單交代事件，讓對方更好地理解事件內容；為銜接對話，會於電郵起首加上「As per our previous conversation」（根據我們之前的對話），但其實「previous」在這個情境下是多餘的字。如果不想對話太累贅，可以改用以下10個英文短語代替。
