我是John，之前從事製造及貿易行業，數年前曾有退休打算，但仍有挑戰自我的鬥心，所以決定重投職場。要開展第二人生不是易事，經過一番思量，認為房地產是香港的經濟命脈：交投增長穩定，物業代理行業發展潛力大、機會多，前景明朗；更重要的是歡迎任何年齡人士入行，所以下定決心加入地產代理業，選擇了中原地產。

I am John, who once decided to retire after leaving the trading industry at the age of 50. But I still eager to take a chance to start my 2nd career. Property sector and real estate agency industry is full of opportunities, and most importantly, it welcomes new comers at all ages, which directed me to start a new path under Centaline Property.
Unlike most companies who emphasis seniority, Centaline values talents and provides a clear career path for well performed staffs. Take me as an example, I was at my 50s when I joined the company; it only took me 2.5 years to be promoted as a branch manager. My achievement relied much on the comprehensive training and support by the company. The training course on license exam helped me to become a qualified agent at the shortest time. I also appreciated the mentorship and on-the-job training that enriched me with professional knowledge. In Centaline, I am able to prove myself in regardless of my age.

我叫Sammi，原本從事演藝工作，一場疫情迫使我重新規劃自己的職業生涯。當時為前路感到迷惘的我，從任職物業代理的朋友身上，了解到物業代理作為中介人，需要站在客戶的立場，切身處地了解對方的需要，才能夠為客人配對最合適的安樂居，物業代理的工作看似跟演藝事業無關，但我的強項正是善於表達和代入角色，所以決心接受新的挑戰，延續我的「人生舞台」。
初入行時，對這行業沒有基礎知識，幸好公司提供迎新、資格考牌班、專業知識工作坊及培訓講座等全面支援，加上上司和同事的教導和輔助，助我短時間內順利投入新的崗位。我堅守入職前的理念，切身代入客戶的「角色」，用真誠和感染力打動客戶，建立互信。每次看到他們覓得安樂窩而展現的笑容，就如昔日獲得觀眾的掌聲，帶給我無限的滿足感，鼓勵我在新的舞台繼續發光發亮。
我在加入中原地產的第一年已晉升為高級客戶經理，同時更晉身「中原精英會」，這是對優秀員工的嘉許及獎勵！我想對有興趣入行但又擔心自己沒有相關經驗的朋友說，只要抱著堅毅勤奮、真誠待人和永不言敗的態度，中原這個大家庭也可以成就您的人生舞台！
I am Sammi. COVID-19 stopped my career on stage performance and forced me to reschedule my career path. I realized that both the role of an estate agent and an artist demand good expression and understanding. So I decide to join the property agency industry as a new challenge of my life stage.
Despite a lack of industry knowledge, I was able to learn quickly as the company provides comprehensive training to new staffs. The experience in role playing allows me to better understand the needs of clients. Everytime when I see their smiling faces after finding their dream houses, I get a great sense of satisfaction like I heard the audience’s applause in past days.
I have been promoted as a Senior Account Manager in the first year joining Centaline, and entered the Centaline Eagle Club. I want to encourage those who are new to this industry, as long as you keep working hard, sincere and never give up, Centaline will allow you to shine on your “Personal Life Stage”!
