Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise subordinates to handle insurance claims and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation
• Handle and manage litigation and direct settlement cases
• Provide quality customer services to clients
• Provide suitable trainings to the Claims Team
• Assist Claims Manager to prepare management reports and statistics for management review
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder with professional qualifications such as ANZIIF/ACII
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling insurance claims, preferably in EC and casualty cases, supervisory and management experience is required
• Possess releveant legal knowledge will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and fluent in Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong career mind, enthusiastic, able to work independently and under pressure
• Outdoor work is required
