About the Award
CTgoodjobs is passionate about educating and supporting young talents. With this in mind, the Hong Kong Future Leaders Award 2019 provides a unique opportunity for undergraduates or fresh graduates around the world to join an exciting learning experience.
Working with CXOs
Winners will have the chance to work with the CXOs of leading corporations in Hong Kong for five days, gaining valuable work experience and a great sense of achievement.
Scholarship
Winners will each receive a scholarship of HK$10,000 and a certificate upon completion of the programme.
Expand your Vision
Participants will have the opportunity of being invited to upcoming career events and learning workshops.

Successful applicants will receive an invitation to complete an online assessment by early July.

Selection Day
Venue: Hong Kong | Time: 12:00 - 17:00 (details will be announced soon)
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the Selection Day in Hong Kong. Assessment games and face-to-face interviews will be held to select exceptional finalists.
22-31 Jul
Final Interviews
According to candidates' talent and personality, the finalists will be invited to attend the final interviews with the assigned company.

Qualifications
  • University students or fresh graduate from around the world
  • A passion to develop a career in Hong Kong, and permission to work in Hong Kong
  • A readiness to take on challenges and learn from a CXO
